55000 impressions, 220 clicks 25$?

Hello, I "think" that I am earning less money that I have to win with AdSense.
I have three banners, one in the header (728 x 90), other simulated in the post with same colors of the post... (728 x 90) and other in the footer (728 x 90).
I have more than 55000 impressions day, with more than 25000 unique members and around 230 clicks, and I´m earning 25$ per day. CPC: 0,09$...
What can I do to win more? Tips...?

What kind of site do you have?

 

Your's banner color should match with ur website background..

It´s an iPhone site (forum).
The ads in the posts are the same like the content, same colors, background...

You earning an average of 10 cents per click. It's absolutely normal, it will all depends of you niche.

 

i think it depends on your keywords. keywords have different prices for different locations

 

yes, the cpc for your keywords is low, but becuase it's a forum there isn't much that you can do.

 

I have a forum and the CTR is incredibly low - most days I get no clicks at all. But it still gets ~$2 a day for 1-2k visitors which pays hosting and license fees. I just put an ad on my other forum to see what happens but the traffic is so low (it is a niche forum so 1 click can mean 5% CTR for the day).

There's not much you can do except mess with placement. Ad after the first post is supposed to be good, I haven't bothered on mine but you see it on a lot of forums.

Instead of using banner, try to use skyscraper... its even in the google website that skyscrapers are very successfull..

most advertising to that product are between $19.99 to $39.99. paying a dollar per possible customer isn't worth it.

if you choose a niche you alway have to ask one thing How much does the product cost, and what's the average spend.

If it's low, you CPC will always be low "average $19.99 iPhone case, vs $300 to $500 Hotel stay"

Also gage the cost to create the product "physical manufacture iPhone case vs DVD".
Also gage the company profit margin on each product sold "Average 30%"

with Adsens it's all common sense.

Also remember you have to think like Advertisers. if 1 out of 50 click leads to a sell, the cost per click needs to make a profit.
example 50 click at $.10 = $5.00 to sell a $25.00 iPhone accessory "profit $15-$18".
If it was $.50 per click , 50 click would be $25 and they would make no money.

but if you were selling $400 travel package.
50 clicks at $1.00 = $50 to make $400 dollars "profit $150"


the only way you will be able to make more money is thru more and more traffic.

 

You should review the TOS again. May be your banner placement is not done appropriately.

 

Yes you have a good amount of traffic you should go for other Ad Networks Try Burst Media it pays you more than $1 thats huge

 

I think your traffic is high but earning is less. What is your website load speed and please ensure that your ads are not blocked by ad blocker or does not load on slow Internet connections especially where a single Internet connection is shared by multiple computers

$0.09 a click is not good at all.

 

your earnings are less, target high paying keywords and you can earn huge money.
Target the keywords in such a way that you get at least $1-$2 per click.
Also use affiliate and CPA to make additional money....
