    You sent me ONE PM, not three, that too on Christmas day when I couldn't come online. While I could understand it was not your problem but you could have at least waited for me to come online on Digitalpoint instead of just bumping up this thread?

    Plus whatever time limit was assigned to you would be strictly followed upon and your work will be completed in it.

    Try to learn to be professional instead of just giving an order.

    16 December: Order sent, no schedule or message from you since then

    22 Dec. : Question sent, also asking for schedule: Both not ansered

    25 Dec: final notice

    26 Dec: Schedule still not answered, actual anser "It will be done"

    26 Dec. Now talking back to me about "being professional"

    Ok, listen, I understand you took more orders than you can handle,
    but since you refuse to answer simple questions I want a refund,
    and I want it today.

    Come on guys the directory submission is something that last for a long time, a week after or before christmas doesn't change your page rank :)

    me too i sent a payment on dec 16 and i'm still waiting but if he told us that the work will be done i trust him and just wait

    Some people here that pretend to be in the service industry
    are actually in the "take the money and let people wait industry",

    Instead of keeping clients informend while they wait and not understanding
    they did nothing for that customer yet since taking their money.
    Except annoying them to no end by not updating them and presume we
    "have to trust them" that they eventually stumble over our order and actually do it.

    A customer centered approach takes over any niche you treat this way
    in record time, all one has to do is not to suck. That's the difference
    between a real business and a few kids that make a few bucks.

    Well Bali, you know something... you are the one rushing and being over-concerned over your order. When you sent a PM saying you want your money back. I replied that alright you can have it back no problem, I am not the kind of person who will run away with your money and you better hold up on yourself before making accusations.

    I have posted in this thread the lag time as well which you must have kept in mind while ordering, but you didn't think about it. I understand you might not have looked through properly.

    Next... speaking of a customer centered approach, I informed everyone in this thread itself that to speed up everyone's work I was hiring more people to do your work and I have spent over a grand to buy new computers to accomodate the staff.

    I am VERY serious about my clients and their orders, neither is me or my company new to this industry and neither are we unprofessional in our attitude towards people like you are accusing us to be.

    Anyways, you will be issued a refund as soon as you reply to me with your PayPal address. Bad that things didn't work out here. But oh well heres wishing you and your website a prosperous future and a Happy new year

    Hey guys it is Christmas time, chill out a little.

    I agree that customer service is important, but sending pms on Christmas day and complaining about not getting a response HAS to be one of the weakest complaints I have EVER heard ;)

    Still no harm done, they guy has asked for his money back (which knowing Correctus I am sure will be actioned as soon as he has the paypal info). And the matter will have been brought to an end.

    The last word on this issue:

    I'm complaining here about one thing, and one thing only,
    and this goes out to all in this niche, not just correctus:

    There was Never even a order confirmation, Nor any schedule,
    and Zero response if you ask a question. In order to get
    ANY human response out of these people you have to go public,
    it's a great waste of everyones's time. Not really rocket science
    to make a customer happy, just treat them like a human being
    and ask them what THEY want.

    Instead they want you to read their threads, like I can read threads of 10-20
    products we buy each week. Or they want you to give itrader for accepting a payment
    before doing squat (hahaha, these are my favorites) Kids, young and old,
    it's time to grow up a little, 2007 is not made for sellers that think it's about them.

    P.S. I had a case like this before, but the company was very professional,
    not only did they appologize but finished the job in 72 hours, and gave a
    bonus package for being self-centered morons earlier in the conversation.
    Now these guys earned respect, and in the meanwhile we are doing monthly
    regular business together. That's professional, ok?

    On Dec 17th 2006 you were sent a personal message which confirmed your order. The lag time would have allowed me to do the work by 28th of December as it was specified in the thread already in this post:

    Talking about thinking about buyers and customers, you have been given a 50% discount only for the Christmas time otherwise our original price is $50 for 525 Submissions and $90 for all directory submissions.

    Second thing as I mentioned previously in this thread is that I have spent over $1000 in buying new computers lately and have hired Five staff to accomodate them just for providing maximum speed and quality to customers, and you call us unprofessional? I even notified everyone in the last page about this. So please...

    When you order something and the person at the other end specifies you a completion time you must at least wait till then and then is when you must reply and in case your work is not done you must ask why is the work not done yet?

    Your work was supposed to be done by the 28th and you came with a PM right on Christmas day, which I am sure everyone can understand that I could not have attended.

    I think I know which other company you are talking about, had I exceeded the lag time I would have most definitely apologized to you in the same fashion as well.

    About your half-accusation of iTrader snapping, I never asked for it, even when I complete people's orders I just tell them that they could leave iTrader if they wanted to, else I would have got at least 90+ iTrader by now.

    Anyways summing it all up:

    - Confirmation of order: Given on 17th
    - Response to questions: Your pre-order questions were answered in the second page, your Christmas day question wasn't answered because it was Christmas day.
    - Schedule: HERE it was specified in this thread even before you first entered.

    You unnecessarily went public dude, there was no need to do that, come 28th and your work would have been completed, but oh well.

    Its not a pleasure for me to refund money or to be in a situation where things dont work out between me and a customer or a potential customer. But alas, such things do happen from time to time when you least expect them and take every precaution to avoid.
