$55 Template Design Needed! Css Work

    I need someone to design a template for me. I have the whole template created as an image of how i want it to look.

    I need you to create a html file that will pull css info and make the page look just like i have it made.

    I want it to look like this: http://www.netpox.com/template/template.gif

    Page should be 1000px wide and centered.

    I can do this for you.

    I am a web and graphic designer. And it is very easy to do this for you. My turnaround time is usually 24-48 hours. But, since you have the GIF already created. It should be very quickly.
