    Why are you selling this site?
    I no longer interested in working on this project.

    How is it monetized?
    It's currently not monetized. To make sales you need to contact business owners to advertise on the site, you can also just put ads on the site to make some money.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Doesn't need time if you just put adsense on it. At 18 uv/day, you would earn about $5.4/month. I'm selling the site for just $80. It actually cost me $250 to custom made this site plus seo services I bought for the site.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    You can make more money if you contact business owners sell listings to them.

    But these are not sales, I added the listings myself. I haven't sold any listing yet. I got distracted to other project and don't want to continue with this project. In the admin area, you can add/delete listings, add new niche, cities etc.

    This site can make huge money if you continue to work on the project, you can sell each listing for upto $100/month. And there are over 800,000 x 3 advertising spot on the site. I'm charging just $80 because if you just put adsense on the site and do nothing, you would earn that much back in about a year. Otherwise, the site is more valuable because I custom made this site and also bought few seo packages which cost me more than $80.
