$50USD Login Box Design Contest

I'm looking to design a professional login and account sign up box for my website with the following layout.



The login box should go across the white bar above the red top navi.

The login box should have a layout like:



Of course making it red would look retarded with the website layout I had above, try to make it match the red top navi.


Winner will get $50USD via paypal.

This contest will end when a winner is finally crowned.

Dakouten is a smart guy, I guess only he understood what I wanted. You guys are suppose to place the login box into that white area. So make it slim.
