What do you guys think about the logo and banner for 506 Properties Costa Rica ?

 

There's lots I could say about the logo but the main thing I noticed was that this logo will not print well. Sure - you're using this on a website but I think it is a good idea for logos to be printable. The gradient at the top of the '0' will look funny as will the blue house on top of the blue lettering.

I think the logo is very cool. Is this site for a long established company? Maybe a picture of the realtor or sales team would make it look more trustworthy to a foreign buyer.

 

It´s a new corporation which we have just formed and the design is being done as we speak. For now it´s a blog to start ranking in Google.

logo could be little bigger
properties words are small, its fine for a avatar, but for ur website would need larger image.

i liked this one, 1st one doesn't indicate as if it is a property or realestate website.
