500usd design project - only the talented should apply [URGENT]

Hi,

We need design completed that was left half done by a previous designer

The designer needs to be well versed in user interface design

The designer needs to have coy writing skills to make everything as well converting to sales as possible

We need this completed in one go in approximately 48 hours

For the right person this could turn out to be some nice pocket money earned in 2 days

Guys, be very careful when you apply for his works. I made something for him which he approved but didnt pay for it and gave all sorts of excuses in the end..Oh..and talking about my quality of work? Most DPers here know me well enough already that my products are great..So be careful

 

Sounds a little fishy to me... just weird that he's got so many itrader. Still thinking weather I should apply or not...

Don't worry about that. Go ahead and apply for it. He's a nice guy actually. But just make sure you finalize the deal in the beginning stage. Every single thing. And tell him what will you be doing and how you will accomplish it. And always finalize what you do. Coz on my project, he did finalize the design but in the end of the project, he said he didnt like it - which to me was not acceptable.

I said just "becareful" not "Don't apply" I dont flame people for no reasons and you guys know that very well

You can tell my design is not any newbie design. He wanted simple web2.0 interface with nothing too fancy. And I think I did a great job. He didnt even bother to pay for the design work that I made. I wont work for free for anyone and I think you guys will not too So if you think you can design better than my portfolio, then I suggest you guys take up this project. It has good money in it. BUT..otherwise, its really not worth spending time..I could've completed two projects in that time with that situation..Read the thread and you will understand it all

As for you jalpari, I dont have anything against you. But the fact that you tried to lower down my reputation on DP was not acceptable. I could've kept your matter private but you decided to shout in front of my clients. But still, thanks to you, that thread got me two more clients because they liked the design Maybe next time you should try to listen to your developers rather than being hot headed and trying to be too smart. Just my two cents.
