This site will not be shutdown as it is doing nothing wrong I have sold sites similar to this in the past www.mydigitalshare.com it has been up for a good while without any complaints what so ever. All you need is a couple of hours every week to delete a couple of non working links and add a few more

Also I would like to say finding the broken links is very easy as there is a comment system in place and you get notifed by the users
