5000+ Uniques A day Site (Makes Profit) For Sale

Hi guys I would like to sell my website http://www.watchtvonline.ws

This website allows users to watch full movies and tv episodes online

for free. How is this legal? The site does not host any of the movies

or tv shows they are hosted by popular video sharing sites such as

Youtube.com and Dailymotion.com

This website is fairly new but does receive over 5000 uniques daily,

What have I spent on advertising this site? Not a penny I let people

know in forums an
d such as since then it really advertises its self as

people pass the url on to their friends and such. I use google adsense

on the site there is a link below if you would like to veiw the stats

(i had to delete the crt and CPM from the stats as it is against

google tos to show them.

The Alexa rank is not accurate as this site is about 1 month old but I

included the info anyway, I am looking for $1100 for this site as it

has massive potential and a strong traffic base.

I am also open to offers.

just because you don't host the videos doesn't make it legal, you are getting confused with torrents and P2P programs. With P2P the program has NO control over what is hosted (at least supposedly) they are just providing a forum for people to share files. Whether it is illegal, or legal, is out of thier control, for your site on the other hand you posted those videos to your site, making it illegal. Its like if you ripped off some image from my site, hosted it on imageshack then said it wasn't copyright infringement because you aren't hosting it.

also, having ad sense on any site with copyrighted material is against their TOS, so you risk getting banned.

I don't mean to be a dick posting this in your sale, but i just want users to get the right impression before buying

 

Ok all my site does is link to movies and tv episodes, It is completly legal I have sold an owned websites like this before, I know what I am talking about, I am not risking anything with adsense as they approved my site for adsense. I also have spoken to a solicitor and had this all checked out. The only people that may have copyright issues are youtube dailymotion and them sort of sites.

I just link to the files on THEIR server

there are many more search terms too I have not really went for any keywords specifically

 

Sites like this one end up either shutdown, or full of dead links. There is a reason he is selling it after it has only been up for 2 weeks. His users have been complaining of dead links for the past couple days.

I've been vetting(checking out) a lot of these site sales threads. Most of them I have good things to say about but I am cerifying this a bad investment.
