Relisted due to terms from the buyer I could not accomodate Relisted

Hi guys I would like to sell my website http://www.watchtvonline.ws This website allows users to watch full movies and tv episodes online for free. How is this legal? The site does not host any of the movies or tv shows they are hosted by popular video sharing sites such as Youtube.com and Dailymotion.com

This website is fairly new but does receive over 5000 uniques daily, What have I spent on advertising this site? Not a penny I let people know in forums and such, Since then it really advertises its self as people pass the url on to their friends. I use google adsense on the site there is a link below if you would like to view the stats (i had to delete the crt and CPM from the stats as it is against google tos to show them.

I am looking for $1100 bin for this site as it has massive potential and a strong traffic base.

I am also open to offers.

How much time do you spend posting in forums ? I see that a lot of the traffic comes from forums ? Will that stop if you stops posting ?

 

I posted in forums to get the site started I no longer post in forums often, But other people do. They do this to let their friends know about the site as people generaly pass links to site where stuff is free. So I can really say the traffic will stay the roughly the same as it is or rise as more people get to hear about the site.

Your header is just dying to get caught by google. Your text in the header is tiny with the terms "watch tv online tv online online watch tv" etc. Nice site, but i'd remove that asap.

Why is this page not built into the site template? Also, doesn't MSS have mod_rewrite option?
How much work would be involved to integrate this into the script instead of the basic html page?

It is very easy do build it into the site template the script has a built in editor I just done this because it was faster

 

I am pretty sure that just becuase the files ar hosted on YouTube and others does not mean that this site is llegal.

You are still aiding in the distribution / public showings of copyrighted material.

 

you could say the same about having a link on your site to www.youtube.com I have looked into the legality of this site and to my knowledge I find it is not doing anything wrong. I have had sites similar to this no complaints, I have spoken to a solicitor and he found nothing wrong with this. I did not just open the site without looking at where it stands with the law. (I like to do my homework)

I seriously doubt your solicitor would find nothing wrong with this. I had a similar site last year and when I spoke to MY solicitor, he told me I was in the wrong and that I should shut the site down.

 

they never reached the court because it was not illegal, read the full article and you will realise the sites were doing nothing wrong, Anyways I do not host in the us so this article does not mean anything to me I host in the uk where this site is 100% legal even though it is legal in the us also
