I recently Set a goal for 5000 Page views a day on my blog. Now How am i going to do this? I have Set out Ideas and more goals -10,000 Followers on Twitter -10 Backlinks -Get Listed on Yahoo -Number one when you search DailyCashSaver on google What else would you do? here a Graph of my views
10,000 followers on Twitter is a really good start, it'll get you tons of traffic by posting up your latest articles. Other than that, Digg and Stumble should give some pretty good traffic.
10k followers on twitter is pretty good....... However pushing underpromoted keywords via SEO should bring you in 5,000 per day easily if you focus.
Not to burst your bubble, but, sorry, but that won't even get you close to 5,000 views a day. Maybe, maybe, 50.
Copper what are you talking about you lover bursting bubbles. Hey if your 10k backlinks are from PR2+ websites and blogs then you should have decent SERPs position. With the twitter thing the 10k is good as long as the want to follow you rather than put in a viral system or follow back directory.
good job for the 5000 page view per day... but i thing 10000 followers is hard to reach... hehehe... i hope i can also attract many visitor to my blog site...
It really does not look like a good list. The only way to get 10,000 followers without bring a celebrity, or already having a popular site, is through some hokey follower scheme that just collects numbers, which means none of the people on your follower list are going to read your posts, let alone follow the link. 10 backlinks is a drop in the ocean. By get listed in Yahoo do you mean you're going to pay to be in the directory? You won't get traffic from it. Who is going to be searching for DailyCashSaver? That's not a keyword that anyone has ever searched for. To get your 5000 visitors you need good content - which you haven't even mentioned, a few hundred backlinks with well chosen keywords as anchor text, and frequent contributions to social bookmarking sites - but that'll only work IF your content is good.
im at 1780 and counting as for content i see already that people are look up word cashsaver. Internet marketing is so hard it proably be easier to buy a website that already has some ground in the market then build it up. I mean starting from scratch is hard.
I am interested in finding out how you plan on getting 10K followers from twitter. I am in the same situation in getting more followers, but no where close to 10K
Yes, 10 Followers is Great Goal. Even i have about 14K followers. But always remember that even if you have 20K followers out of which very few are actually interested in yoor tweets, than it will be a complete waste! 100 Quality followers are better than 1000 uninterested ones!
