I think right these pages will have PR not applicable, Am I right?

 

yeah pr0 i think rather than pr n/a

however the homepage has the pr, even though the page your link is on most likely pr0, it gets some juice from the hoempage pr still - because google sees your link is on an authoritive site.

Are the links just URLs? Are anchor texts allowed?

 

there will be a lot of quality links in there, no doubt some rubbish too

still waiting for their reviews, i do the submission then send them the url list on completion

edit: seojr, i can spread them out but theres no such thing as penalization unless your site is brand new - also just the link no anchor im afraid

Great way to build a foundation of links for a new site imo.
