    I would suggest you to give them samples of sites for there own site which ranks well in Google and check for the competitiveness of the phrases as well.

    It would also be nice to know what's the URL of the site, what are the keywords being targeted, etc. Otherwise, it is a waste of my time and the members of the forum who will have to guess at what is expected.
