    He came back yesterday and said it got lost on his PC and he will take care.
    Anyhow I just checked, work did NOT even start.

    So I consider being scammed and will act accordingly.

    and I had no access to it in cafe.

    I paid in time. He sent a wrong report, and did not start the job.
    And after trying many many times I simply did what is necessary.

    Now he sends me horrible messages and giving me negative I-trader

    No, thats not the way it should go.

    Okay, to the facts: I see he has now started the job. Just to be correct, even if he is now behaving like a wild elefant.
