    Hello,
I am trying to build a marketing plan.

I am interested in hearing from webmasters here if you had $500 a month marketing budget each month, how would you plan the spending.

Here is what I have in mind, but i would appreciate your own ideas:

    (1) $300 on PPC (adwords)
    (2) An article and submission (about $100 alltogether)
    (3) Blog commenting, scoial bookmarking , directory submissions and forum posting (about $100)

Has anyone got better ideas or what else would you do?

    Thanks in advance

I'd start off very small on adwords and get some experience. Turn one campaign into a successful one and build on that experience. Otherwise, it can be a great way to burn a lot of cash if you don't know what you are doing (not saying that you don't - just making the point). I think writing articles really depends on what you are trying to promote. Just my $0.02...

What would be an expected cost if i outsourced the PPC to a person or company?

Don't outsource for PPC for only $300 a month budget. Many companies outsource to advertising agencies but the good agencies request a minimum of $1,000 a month budget which they also take a fee for creating and running your campaigns.

What are you marketing? Why are you doing article marketing and PPC?
$500 bucks... I would slowly build a black hat empire month by month.
Get a new tool each month and master it! (XRumer, Cookie Monster, Craygo, etc.)
    - You will thank me in the long run.
