For sale is our multiplayer online risk game website with over 100,000 registered players.

We are selling today one of our established earners that we bought on Sitepoint a couple of years ago. RiskAttack runs on a commercial script but has since been modified by ourselves to include many new social networking and gaming features to make the whole experience more enjoyable for our players.

We have over 110,000 registered members (all with emails) and we get at least 40-50 new registrations daily. Players are from all over the world and not region specific. The website sees varied levels of activity throughout the day depending on the number of games being played. We do not know the number of active players but the ones who are active are generating a steady monthly income of at least $500 per month so there must be a good number of active players around.

The site is coded in PHP and has an admin panel for basic admin tasks.

Hosting: This site is currently being hosted on one of our dedicated servers and can easily be accommodated on a good VPS at $35-$50 / month.

Reason for sale: Our network of websites is well over a total of 1000 websites. We recently acquired two larger sites and stretched ourselves in the process. We therefore decided to sell a few of our smaller sites to help finance the larger investments.

Advertising / Promotion: We spend no money on advertising. The only promotion we did was to use a couple of Ezinearticles.com and we paid for a directory submission service more than a year ago. We do not pay for any PPC or Adwords campaigns... the majority of the traffic is organic.

Admin work and maintenance: We do not spend any time on the running of the site it basically runs itself. Players create games, join games and old games get removed automatically at the end of play or if deserted.

Revenue: We make money from Google Adsense and from Valueclickmedia. We never capitalized on other forms of revenue that could easily be made in the form of mailing lists or CPA offers etc... At the rate of signups this site gets, you should be able to make even a better return than what we achieved passively.

We will transfer the website to the buyer’s server at no additional cost, providing it is a WHM or cPanel type of server.

 

Nice site mate, out of my budget range at the moment, i have a mate who has sites like this i will run it by him for you, is the income just from adsense ? or is this subscription based ?
