Well... if you all of a sudden experience these errors, most likely something has been done to either the files on the server, or the configuration of the server itself. Have you done any changes to files? Deleted files? Modified .htaccess? Without more information it's hard to help, really...
Looks like you need to change the permissions on /home/jhumon/public_html/ If your FTP client will let you do a raw "SITE" command (check the menus and instructions), you can try something like "site chmod 0755 /home/jhumon/public_html" or maybe "site chmod 0755 /public_html" if you're chrooted. Otherwise maybe your FTP client has a GUI method for doing this, but without knowing which FTP client you're using it's hard to provide specific guidance. If it's a Windows FTP client then someone else will have to help you with the GUI approach.
Did it work before? I mean, have you had a webpage up and running on that webspace earlier? Can you try to just upload a basic index.html-file to the public_html-folder and see if it shows up? or, for that matter, just a <?php phpinfo(); ?> in a info.php and check it directly http://yourdomain.com/info.php A 500-error MIGHT also be a problem on the webserver, as I said - have you contacted your provider to check if they have any problems?
