$500+ Days with Adsense...You can do it too!

I make 99% of my money from 300x250 banners. I still have a few 468x60's, but they don't do nearly as well as the squares.

 

I have about 50 sites, however 90% of my daily earnings comes from 3 sites. These are all hosed on one dedicated server across 10 ip addresses. I don't typically use sub domains, I just make sure that my pages are named with they keywords I'm targeting. This is even more important now with Google, so make sure your domain and sub pages have your keywords if possible.

I don't like blogs for making Adsense money. Product review sites are great for Adsense. Plus if you're signed up with someone like Amazon Affiliates, you can list the Amazon products on your review site and make money on those sales as well.

Do you mean your earnings are from one site?
To get those number I have about a dozen active sites, and half of them make over 75% of the total earnings.

Few questions:-
1. How long did you achieve this ?
2. Did you do SEO work on your or you hired some one ?
3. What about content building ? That is done by you or you outsourced it ?

 

Exactly right! I have a programming site (in my sig) and I get ~100 visitors each day. I might go a week without a click.

I have another site (tourism related) which I might get 10-20 visits per day but I get clicks on around 50% of these.

So I agree with your quote 100%.

I am using Adwords to promote, and Adsense to monetize my site. However, I am only getting 10% from my Adsense for what I pay for Adwords. Am I doing something wrong? I don't expect to get back 100%, but atleast 50%.

 

What your doing is called Arbitrage. It used to work years ago when you could buy clicks cheaper than what you made per click on your site. Some might disagree, but that loophole has been pretty much closed and you're just going to lose money. Find a better way to get traffic to your site, or monetize it with CPA offers or a products. You will do much better that way.

You only have around 110 backlinks showing when I checked. Looks like you're trying to compete in a vacation, property, travel market which is very competitive. Keep building links using your keywords as your anchor text. See if you can find some travel and vacation sites that will give you links. I like the look of your site, but I only saw Adsense on the "Accommodations" tab. I'd put a few more ad spots around your site if you want to earn more. It will take you a while, but start working on this and you'll see more traffic.

That is certainly the plan for the start of the new year - placing more ads around the varoius pages and link building. I am also planning on adding alot more content in the comong weeks.

Luckily, I am finding that adwords cost is being offest by adsense income. So, at this stage I have been able to break even with adverting costs.

I certainly wouldn't attempt this for my programming site as historically, I have been only getting 1 or 2 clicks per thousand visits.
And this site has mulitple ads per every page.

 

Wow! 500 a day with adsense is great. From the content you have provided I guess you can still say that it's NOT EASY. Many people believe in just throwing up an adsense site and expecting to quit their day job. It requires precision in many different areas to see this kind of income.

While I don't make my living from adsense but from product creations,cpa, affiliate marketing, etc, I sure wouldn't mind seeing a 500 dollar day from an adsense site. Thanks for the post and to the people who want to make it with adsense bookmark this page cause this is it!
