where is your traffic coming form? your ads look pretty relevant to me. you can work on blending in your ads as it is sticking out too much now for which your visitors get an impression that those are ads. change the ad background and text to match your blog text/template and you will get more clicks.

I mean, you could obviously improve but I wouldn't say 1-2 impression per 800 impressions is too horrible. Especially if you take into account some of them might be from you checking out your site or working on it.

Your ads stick out way too much... try and work on blending it more if you can. It might be that you should add more content, then people might start clicking. It could also mean that the ad is not interesting and they do not click it :) run the site for few more months, and you will see huge change.

Your ads setting is bad, try use the same colour background and use rectangular. Besides, you can try some other placement, maybe center of the content

    Hi,

Your site is nice but the ads are too obvious. Make them blend with the rest of the content.

Like everyone else has said, your ad is too bright. Blend it in with the website and when people click on it they'll do it by choice. Sometimes, they'll click on it thinking they're going to another page on your website because the ad looks exactly like a part of your site. Here's a good example here even if some of the ads appear irrelevant like yours (BTW, it's my blog I'm still working on). http://crossroadsreviews.com

I am completely dissatisfied with your ads placements. Your ads should be blends with content of the website. Try to adjust in such a way so that your ads looks the part of your content and which makes more people to click on it. :D

Just play around with your ad placement - you'll be surprised how much different colors and locations matter!

Ok, firstly, the design of your blog in my opinion is beautiful, nice colour schemes and just good aesthetic design. Thats really where it ends though when it comes to AdSense. Ive just seen your homepage and there is a rather disgusting looking leaderboard ad plastered across the top. IMO this will not work as this is too far away from the content. I personally think you should remove that banner and replace it with a 300 x 250 ad either, just under the main heading e.g just under 'amazing collection of face tattoos to leave you dazed!', OR place it just above the start of the content e.g. 'Ever thought of getting a tattoo, on your face? Well, this might sound silly but guys, tattoo freaks can go.....'

Now to make it look even better you need to change the colours of the Ads. The key is to make it look as natural as possible without breaking any TOS. Ideally, you would want to change that horrible bright green to the background colour and the title and URL to maybe a black to correspond to the font colours. Contrary to what some people think, bright ads that 'stick out' hardly work as opposed to ads that are subtly blended in with the content.

I've also noticed that none of the inner content pages have any ads on them at all other than the 'badly placed' 468 banner on the right. This is probably why you're not earning anything. Most people will come to your site via various pages (through search engines) and not always your homepage so its best to monetise as much of the site as possible. What I would suggest is not to go crazy and place ads like mad as you will dillute the quality of your blog.

You say 500 - 800 impressions? How much of this traffic is unique? Does this also include your logins to the system?

I hope this info helps, good luck on all your endeavours and hopefully you should see an increase in revenue. Oh by the way, the ads that I saw were highly relevant.

Its not a lot of work but a few tweaks that are required.

    Regards
    Zaheer
