    The top 3 referrals come from Google organic listings, direct type ins from building up a brand name over a year, and social networking sites. The videos are building links automatically in the embed code under the videos.

    What confuse me a lot is

    I am currently making $500-$600 dollars a month on adsense (earnings can be proven). More can be made by adding CPI banners etc. With more time (which I no longer have) the earnings can easily be pushed to over $1000 a month. My highest payout so far was last month at $630."

    So if it makes $500-$600 and with just adding banners and working 10 minutes a day probably will be wise to keep it and then make $1000-$1200 (2 times revenue actually) a month with VERY VERY little more time (10 minutes a day) and even after that sell ?:) Please make this clear.

    Hi SEOLinker,

    My main reason for selling the site is that I need a bulk of money now because I am currently in the market for a house, rather than possibly making more money over a year or so earning monthly. I have other sites that I update regularly and im quickly running out of available time!

    It only takes 10 minutes a day to update the content (I usually put 3 new videos a day on), but to further market the site and increase the traffic / revenue would require more time which I no longer have due to work / house hunting / other sites etc. When I had the time I spent about an hour a day promoting the site to where it is today at about 2000 uniques a day on average.

    Adding cost per impression banners will not double the revenue, but will increase it. This is something I have only thought about doing recently, but again havnt had the time and need to sell ASAP.
