    I am selling www.funnyside.co.uk, an established video humor blog with over 850 subscribed readers, high traffic and good Google rankings. The site is made in wordpress with a custom theme and only takes about 10 minutes each day to update the content, which is great return on time investment.

    What comes with it?

    You will receive the URLs: funnyside.co.uk, stupified.co.uk, sexy-hot-videos.co.uk, fully SEO friendly site with all the website content and custom wordpress theme, which you will have full rights of, and access to the feedburner feed.

    Traffic

    Traffic ranges from 1000-6000 uniques a day (average 2000).

    25% search engine traffic
    30% direct traffic
    40% social networking sites / referrals

    The sky's the limit with the traffic depending on how much time you are willing to put into it. I have come up with a bullet proof way to drive traffic to the site which I will tell you on receipt of the site.

    Earnings

    I am currently making $500-$600 dollars a month on adsense (earnings can be proven). More can be made by adding CPI banners etc. With more time (which I no longer have) the earnings can easily be pushed to over $1000 a month. My highest payout so far was last month at $630.

    The site has a readership of over 850 people and has feed ads enabled with feedburner.

    The starting price is based on $1000 less than my average 10 months earnings, the RSS subscriptions and a good number of inbound links and rankings. I think this is fair.

    The site is made using wordpress so there is a backend login and it is very easy to create new posts. I will include a set of simple instructions on how to update the site. It litterally takes 15 minutes to add 3 new videos.

    My video sources are Youtube, Google video and Digg.com. I take videos from the top rated lists and write the titles and descriptions by hand for unique content.
