Good luck man! I'm trying basically the same thing:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1249321

I'm going to write 20 high quality articles (in 4 categories), then re-write each 5 times while maintaining a strict standard of quality. Then I'm gonna submit the 100 articles to 8 different directories. 800 instances of those articles @ 30 views each, I should make at least 500 bucks for one week of writing, then an additional 500-1500 over the next month depending on how it goes.

Keep us posted on your challenge!

Article marketing is a tried and tested method. But it requires discipline on your part to get the articles re-written and submitted.

But if you stick to this method, I'm very sure you'll make money. :)

Article marketing is an on-going process the article's traffic tends to always die and so do the earnings. I'm not saying it won't work but from article marketing alone you won't get constant earnings. Happy experiment!

From my experience, article traffic does slow down over time. You'll get a burst at first, then it will tail off.

The key to that is capitalizing on the traffic you get, by keeping it through email lists, sticky websites with good content which keep people coming back, and using the links in the articles for SEO and boosting your site up the SERPs.

Plus, writing articles all day every day gets old pretty fast. :)

    Hi,

Yes, this is true to a point, but there is also some residual income. Last year I submitted about 80 articles to EZ, plus built a few review pages. I made a few hundred $$$. Then I took some time off (busy day job, kids etc).

During this period doing nothing at all, I averaged about $35-40 a week, purely from the existing articles. Not a fortune, but it was effectively FREE MONEY.

I believe the trick is to keep increasing this residual income stream.

    Cheers
    Zander

How does EZA handle you submitting a ton of articles at a same time - say I submit 15-20 in a day. Does it raise any red flags with them?

This sounds like an awesome thing. Are you going to do a full write up on it, and share secrets if you succeed?
