Selling 500 000 visits last month website for SALE. Established more than 2 years ago

This is my first sell on DP so I don't know much on how to write a good description for a good sale

I want to sale my online movies website with ~500k visits last 30 days and growing. Website was owned by another person till 2 months ago when I became the new happy owner of this huge source of traffic.

Website has more than 1250 movies posted and every new post easily gets in the first results on google for many keywords.

Reason for selling: I need money for my other projects.

I don't know what other details to offer, so I will answer all questions about this listing. Feel free to ask anything you want!

I didn't try to monetize the website so much. I used the huge amount of traffic to promote some other projects. I just sold 2 banners to some local online shops.

290k unique visitors and ~500k visits last 30 days

80% traffic is from Romania and the rest of 20% from other countries in Europe: Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, etc

As one guy told me on PM that website has no revenue, I want to clarify some things about this. Website HAS revenue. And if produces more than expected for me.

I used the traffic to increase the revenue on my other projects. In November and December (I own the website from November), I've seen an increase in my revenue with more than 350Euros per month. I can provide PROOF with adsense print screen. Revenue in October vs Revenue in November and December!

Besides this way of using the traffic, as I mentioned already I sold banners to local online shops for an additional 300Euros.

As a result, just in November and December, website produced more than 1000Euro in revenue. As the server is pretty cheap, the revenue is almost the same as the PROFIT here.

Also, the time to manage the website is about 10 minutes per day, to update the content. You can even post new content only once in every 2 or 3 days!

As I already told in the description, I don't know how to best promote my sell. But it seems that all details matter

Another person asked me why I am selling the website.

I really would rather not sell it.. but I want to promote a local online business and I need some money NOW! I need to pay my team. I can't wait for the money to come every month, as I really want my new project to be a skyrocket!

 

I don't see any adsense and isn't this type of site against adsense TOS

I said I use the traffic to increase the revenue from my other projects. I don't use adsense directly on this website. You can take visitors to other websites where they will convert into money. Some kind of arbitrage.. I personally don't use only adsense, but adsense may convert the best.

I also make money with local affiliation but for someone who is not a romanian it will be difficult to sign a contract with the affiliate provider.. And this is why I only mentioned direct sales and adsense earnings from other websites.
