    Paying $50 to the best design for a WP theme that focuses on Local SEO. You supply the PSD. I will have it cut to XHTML. If you can do that too, then you can make more $$$$

    I will start working on it soon. I can code it to Wordpress for some extra fee as well :)

    It would be nice if you can give examples of sites that you like?
