$50 - web 2.0 banner/header contest

Hi Folks, i need a pro looking header for a new site i'm starting.

The main theme of the site is a research base, an alternative to an article directory if you like. Lots of categories on it, so i need it to be sort of generic

I would like the header to be sort of relaxing but with slick text on it

Details:

Size: 732x100

Background color: (light blue) - can be textured/effects etc does not have to be plain

Left portion (25%) of banner cannot be to busy as i will overlay different text in this portion

Must have the words "Advice" and "Tips" on it, these words can be scattered about or repeated and do not have to be next to each other etc

JPEG OR PNG Filetype - no css or html

Other:
$50 to the winner - Paypal only
Contest finish date - Saturday evening (may change)
Will give feedback and green stuff to all contestants
