    Hi,
    This is a Design for Website called MS-In-US or Masters in US for students doing their master degree in US. We have planned to use vBulletin as the base CMS, The site needs an index page and a community page. Further the inner articles will have a a few banners that are similar to attachments below.

    We need ONLY PSD. We shall be coding it. The designer chosen will also get more opportunities to work with us and our company in the absence of our existing designer.

    Yes, Since i am not satisfied with the designs submitted through PMs yet, i shall extend this for another day.
