Contest 50 USD - Event Flyer for Bassick (Tokyo)

    Hi guys/girls,

    I run Bassick with a friend of mine in Tokyo (www.facebook.com/bassicktokyo). It is a bass music event.

    We need a flyer for our event coming up in November. It will be "Bassick B2B" (Bassick back to back). Which means each DJ set will be two DJs playing with/against each other.

    Please post your basic concept idea in this group. If I like it, I'll let you know and send you more details/feedback/etc. Flyer's should be A5 148x210mm.

    Please no rainbows or stock images that I can get sued for. Keep in mind this is a regular event, so if we really like your design, this can become consistent work.

    Examples of previous flyers can be found on the Facebook page.

    Contest closes October 8th at 11:59 pm.

    The event is Bassick B2B.

    Only this event is B2B (which means two DJs at the same time).

    I can also get all pictures, but I'd appreciate some basic concept. I don't know if any of the guys here have experience with flyer design- that's what I am looking for:

    DJ names (these may change, but should give you ideas of what to incorporate).

    Hi All,

    To be brutally honest, none of these are up to par yet. I need to provide more direction as the flyers are all over the place. Please hold off on design- I will discuss this with my partner and give you all more direction on what I want.

    Hi All,

    This contest is closed. None of the submissions meet the criteria of the event: gritty underground bass music. All submissions are standard flyers or cliche "club" flyers with little in terms of character or representing the event based on the information provided and Facebook page. I will outsource this to a team here in Tokyo who are experienced with club events. As the page is public, you will be able to view the design in the coming weeks.
