    Who owns the domain?

    There is only 1 ad on the forum.

    50% stake means the buyer wouldn't have control over the site just a "vote".

    You want someone to pay you money for the privilege of not making any money on your forum?

    I have just spoken with the other admin and he is strapped for cash so we are willing to let it go for 2000 as long as we can remain Admins on the board, full domain names, vbulletin hosting etc is on the new owner.

    Traffic is around 50 to 100 uniques a day. Alexa is 294 or close, varies :)
    Revenue is by text links (paypal) and equals around 80 to 100 dollars a month depending.
