$50 Small Logo Competition

Hi guys,

Thanks for your entries – I have some feedback here – but please make your designs smaller – remember they are supposed to be subtle and non-intrusive – any big design will automatically be ruled out.

Sarahmclaugh – I quite like these – they look professional, and interesting, tey not intrusive – still they need quite a bit of work and I’m not sure about the blurry bit – but I do like them.

Spy100 – thanks for the entry, but it’s not what I’m looking for. We are a serious Energy & geopolitical news site – this is just too friendly & social.

Sparkle92 – thanks for making the changes – sadly it’s not what I’m after – they are just too colourful and friendly and also quite intrusive with their colours.

Masjacky – nice and simple – but too big and actually a bit too simple sadly. Hopefully you’ll have another crack.

Paragondesign – Very interesting – can you make them smaller? I prefer the bottom colour.

ArrowsDesign – Thanks for the entry – but it really isn’t what I’m after – too big and too simple.

Watari – This is what I’m after – great stuff. I like the lower slightly rounded tabs design in comparison to the square. Neat, professional and unobtrusive – yet it still stands out. Could you make them a little smaller though?? You are in the lead.

Farrel Kim – Thanks for the entry – but it’s but what I’m after.

Bucko – Really interesting design – can you make it smaller??

Hecky – Nice and simple – just the sort of thing I’m after – but it’s just a bit too simple sadly.

So the current leader is Watari – but this competition is still wide open.

thank you for the comment,

size is not a problem, it's a vector image so it can be resized in vector programs without loss of resolution, the width/lenght ratio is about 1:1.3

here is the smaller version (or did you want the whole design to be smaller/different?)

Hi Guys – here’s some more feedback.

Bucko – Thanks for making the revision – sadly it’s just not the sort of think I’m after. It is quite funky, but just not right.

Farrel Kim – Thanks for the entry – sadly it’s not what I’m looking for.

Paragon Design – These really are interesting – but they just aren’t the sort of thing I’m after.

Masjacky – These are nice fresh designs and currently in second place.

Bhoduarts – Interesting and nice colours – sadly they just don’t get into the top 2.

Suke – Interesting and different, but not what I’m looking for.

Looking forwards to seeing more entries.
