Note 2: I have run over 50 competitions here and i ALWAYS pay - even if i don't get what i want.

I am looking to have a Loan and mortgage calculator widget created.
It will need to look something similar to what you see on: http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/mlcalc

I will need the design to work for both mortgage and loan aspects.
On the bottom you will need to mention OilPrice.com and there should be a separate tab of: Get Widget. (Please look at the following link to see a widget we’ve just had created – it’s quite nice and subtle how OilPrice.com is and also the get widget button.) http://www.oilprice.com/uploads/Widget1.jpg

I would like the design of the main widget to be much nicer than the current version – to look sleek, professional and something people would really want to have on their site.

 

what's the size??? ..... this would really help!

 

Hi Jnjnnino - Yes a similar size to the current widget in the example would be good - but i'm happy to look at other sizes.

Few layout options. I wasn't sure what color scheme you would prefer - bold or light so I went with a neutral scheme.

They are on the right track – but nothing stands out yet.

Also i’d like to have a top to the widget that says: Mortgage Calculator – could you please try and fit this in.
Please take a look at: http://www.mortgage101.com/payment-calculator - If you look at the box on the right hand side that says: Check Local Mortgage rates – this is the sort of look and feel i’m after.

Here is some individual feedback:

Mr.Legend – A good start – it’s clean and easy to follow. It seems to be missing something though – do you have any more ideas?

Jnjnnino – thanks for the entry – sadly it’s just not working for me with the colours – also it is very long – i need the widget to be as compact and as neat as possible.

Suke – i like the red and grey colours. It’s compact and neat – but again there is something missing with this – it just needs to look more appealing. Can you jazz it up a little?

Atlpworld – i like the blue one on the far right – nice and neat – can i see something similar for the loan section?

Brainsurgeon – Thanks for the entry – sadly it’s really not the sort of thing i’m after.

Manhal – I can’t see your design sadly – can you re-submit it please.

Finalstraw – I quite like the third one – the first 2 don’t work for me. The design does need more though as at present it is very plain.
