Contest $50 Paypal - Need Logo and Background

Hi all,
I've had some success with digitalpoint contests in the past as there's some talented individuals here. I'm looking for a logo and a background image for my arcade site. The current design can be seen here: www . ee13 . com

Here is exactly what I'm looking for:
LOGO:
- Must be transparent .png file
- Must be 225w x 95h pixel size
- Must incorporate a custom dinosaur character, green with grays in color, friendly but not too lame
- Must incorporate the text "EE13"
- Must incorporate the tagline "Play Games Online"

BACKGROUND:
- Must be .jpg file
- Must be 1913w x 1028h pixel size
- Must show same custom dinosaur peeking around like the current image does.
- Must use same green/gray color combination

Basically, I'm replacing the "Purple Dino" with the green/gray color combos of the current site and I need a kid-friendly, yet not too lame dinosaur.

Winner will be chosen early next week or when I see a design I really like. I like to make these quick. I pay quickly and I choose quickly the second I like something.

Thanks for the entries, here is some feedback.

sgs112: Your latest entry is more on track with what I'm looking for but not quite there. The dino is a little crazy looking with the eyes. I like the font chosen for the EE13 text.

ikbelkirasan: Just not quite what I'm looking for.

Croutons5:You're the only one that took into consideration the fact that I asked for specific image sizes so thank you for that. The art is just too simplistic for what I'm looking for.

Logo bd: Just not quite what I'm looking for.

elmagnefeco: Nice work, but a little too rounded and tame for what I'm looking for.

katesrobyn: YES! This is on track with what I'm looking for! I love the dino character, he is perfect. But I'm actually looking for two pieces here. One, a logo that is 225w x 95h with the dino and text. The second is a background that will be placed behind the main tables of the site. Please look at Croutons5 entry with the dino peeking around the game sections. And please look at blingoworld.com and 7pop.com logos. They have the size I'm looking for. And please modify the font used for "EE13" to something with a little more 3D pop than a normal MS Sans Serif type font.

katesroby, you are almost there. Please submit a revision and if it's getting close, I'll close the contest and we can work exclusively to wrap it up.
