I need a scalable Vector logo that is fun and colorful, like Carnaval and the City of Rio de Janeiro Rio Turistas (website name - it means "Rio Tourists" in Portuguese) Tourist Guide to Rio de Janeiro (website slogan) The area for the header graphic is approximately 350px wide and 150-175px tall. I also need a color coordinated graphic that can be used as the background and appear behind the website along the sides. You can prepare the backgoround after you have received some guidance on your logo design if you wish, but I need to see the background design and logo as a set before deciding on the winner. The background allows more space to be artistic and is important to the overall look since the header space for the logo is limited. Depending on file size maybe tiling can be limited to horizontal and therefore accommodate tall graphics? Tell me the .png graphic file size for your logo and background image. The winner must provide a vector image file format for both the logo and background so I can scale to final sizes later. The theme for the logo and background should be related to Carnaval and Beaches. Use bright strong colors of Carnaval. Don't pay attention to anything at the website now, development has barely begun, I will change my text colors to match your beautiful graphics. The artwork must be totally original, copyright transferred upon payment. I would like first submissions within 48 hours and try to be all done picking the winner at the end of the 72 hours, please do not wait and submit a brand new design at hour 71.
