Contest $50 Page Design

I need a page designed. This contest is just for the design, no coding is required. I need a professional design.

The page will simply act as a splash page with details of 5 bonus codes. The page will be loaded when visitors click on existing pages such as xxxhttp://www.bingowonga.com/play-alices-wonderland-slot-free/xxx so ensure your design uses the same sort of colour scheme.

The width of your design must be 600px.

Firstly I need the following text
