Contest $50 OPT IN Form Contest - How Creative Are You?!

This will be fun...

I'm finalizing a project that i'm working on and i'm not too thrilled with the optin form that I currently have. Take a look:



Here's the problem that box.

• It's not BIG enough
• It isn't as catchy as I would like
• It's too sexy. It doesn't draw enough attention

Here's where I'll need your help..

I need for someone to be as creative as possible and create me a new form. No rules. No restrictions. Just be creative!

I only want an 'EMAIL FIELD' and a submit box.

Text could be something like:
'Get Your Daily Weight Loss Tips By Mail'
'Daily Weight Loss Tips To Your Inbox'
'Get Your Daily Dose By Email'

Anything like that.

No color restrictions.
Only size limit is the width. Don't make any wider than 1059px.

I need something BIG, OBNOXIOUS, CATCHY, with a CALL TO ACTION. Be creative!

The optin form is going to hand directly under the navbar. You can use this image as a reference when designing your form.

Hey you know what? I've looked at over 40 different designs for this project and I actually like that one. Is there anything you could to make it stand out more though? I don't want it to blend in too well with theme - it has to POP OUT. I think you're on to something..

Looks like CH is not going to choose anyone and this was all just a fraud. (The same about this CH's other contest)
