Hey do you guys take daily backup??? I mean If I put my normal wordpress blog or phpbb forum .... is it allowed? Is there any backup thing???

It's not expensive for the quality your getting. This isn't regular (oversold) shared hosting. These plans are ment specifically for proxy hosting on non-oversold servers so your proxies are fast even during peak hours. Also, CPanel doesn't keep track of proxy bandwidth accurately. It really only counts 20-50% of real bandwidth used. Our servers are optimized specifically for proxy use and will save you bandwidth just by moving to our servers. If people weren't happy with the service, we wouldn't be hosting over 2000 proxies.

If you think $35 is to much a month, then your not going to be able to afford a proper dedicated server. People keep getting burned time and time again on this forum but it seems they never learn. There is no such thing as cheap. Cheap = less quality and I don't plan to be changing names every few months to lose the bad rep. But anyway, all VPS and dedicated plans are listed at www.wdservers.com and let me just say your better off with Tech Entrance hosting then you are with a VPS for proxies.

As I know proper dedicated server (From most companies) is almost same price as yours but they give huge diskspace and BW, anyways...

Since you have been hosting more than 2000 proxies , you know how much BW does one proxy site takes.

That really depends on the traffic but since plan upgrades are automatic and instant, you can start with the lowest plan and work your way up as needed.

Also, I've always thought my dedicated servers have big hard drive spaces with 400GB-750GB on the non-sempron servers.

As far as I know, One proxy site which is highly promoted and gets huge traffic would take between 50GB to 80GB a month..

Then on this plan

one could only host maximum of 3 proxies.. for 3 proxy website, one have to pay 35$... don't it sound too expensive?
3 sites would not even get your investment back.

If the these servers are optimized for only proxies then why your giving so much diskspace (5GB)
Proxies don't take much diskspace, do they?

 

Really, What thewird and TechEntrance are charging is quite a small price for what they are offering.

They have a server with 8 cores and 8GB of RAM. Now I would pay $35 for that.

But if you think that's too much, I suggest you go find one of the offers that have a dual-core or single core server that oversells, has hours of downtime per day and charges $5 for unlimited.

some proxy operators wish to have the sites cached for faster loading of the sites and you need disk space for that.

keep in mind thewird and tech offers unlimited domain hosting.
so be grateful you can host unlimited and have that muhc BW for only $35.

Also keep in mind that the prices are usual to see fee of these in the order
say fo 500 GB BW or large space/esources:
shared hosting $ > vps > dedicated servr

proxy optimized doesnt have to do with diskspace/bw given to you.
it means their servers can handle proxies peace of cake.

their prices are reasonable for proxy environment unless you are interested in daily host alternation

My proxy site is average 1gb a day and I am earning about $1 a day. Now I ordered the Plan with 50gb bandwidth so I am fine. I am earning $30/month and only paying $15... Sounds good to me..

 

Also note, a lot of our clients say they have lowered their bandwidth usage just by moving to us. We have other optimizations for bandwidth beyond just blocking China and Iran.
