I'm still trying to sell my 50% of http://www.w3theory.com/, We've made just under $5,000 in about 4 months and I can provide proof. I want a quick sale.

All our traffic is from SEO, so you can easily get the site up with a little bit of advertising. The buyer would get access to everything and work with the other owner of 50% (designer, work seen here: http://www.w3theory.com/portfolio )

I will happily stay as a programmer with you until you get on your feet, I'm a qualified programmer with years of experience.

But why do you want to sell it??

 

How can you say the revenue is $5000/month when you state you made $5000 in about 4 months? That equates to $1250/mo.

 

I said in about 4 months.
And just under $5,000 - It's about $1,000 a month

And I want to sell because I just don't have the time anymore
