Contest $50 New Report Template Contest

    I am looking to have a more appealing template/design made for a report.

    You can see the default report template here:

    Attached is a color pallet that I would like you to follow where possible (but you can use other colors if you'd like). The logo is also attached.

    You can do whatever you would like, and the data doesn't have to stay in the same order/format - as long as it's all there somewhere.

    The only requirement is to color code the "Status" column values as follows:
    • Pass: Green
    • Fail: Red
    • Needs Manual Verification: Yellow (this isn't on the example report, but could be)
    Payment made via PayPal to the winner. I'm hoping to close the contest this evening (~12 hours) although I may keep it open for 24 hours depending on the progress.

    Please no more entries, my customer is reviewing the current entries and a winner should be announced shortly.

    If I don't hear back from him tonight, it will be tomorrow morning that the winner is announced.

    Sorry for taking so long to announce the winner, I appreciate everyone's patience.

    In the end my client chose soul_of_god's entry, attached are the images for what he put together for your reference.
