So I started a blog back in November on instantspot.com (a couple guys I know are developing this, I actually registered my account there earlier this year when the first version launched) This month I actually reached $50 from my blog alone. You can see the blog in my signature. Not bad for a 2 month old blog. A lot of my traffic comes from google which is surprising considering the blog is only 2 months old. I would attribute this to instantspots awesome placement in search engines. Daveshuck.com is a blog on instantspot.com that has a pagerank 7 that really helps my blog as far as placement.. Anyways, just wanted to brag about my 2 month old blog producing $50 this month. :-P This is a spam blog btw, not really a blog. Just post about current stuff and then let all the other bloggers bring the search engines to me quickly.
Agreed --- I am hunting for something higher than $50 a month myself! How have you gotten traffic so fast?
I signed up and I have a blog started, BUT there are Adsense ads already up on the blog. I don't understand... those must be the account of the owner of the instantspot site... so how do YOU make money with Adsense on instantspot? I think their idea is for THEM to make money with Adsense, not the free bloggers... if you change the Adsense code to your own, maybe this is not permitted by instantspot.
I cancelled my site. It is a nice free blog service, but it seems very clear to me that the Adsense ads are intended for revenue for the owners of instantspot. I cannot afford to get into trouble with Adsense...
In what is probably an excess of caution, I removed Adsense from the site I used to sign up for the free blog. That will teach me, huh? But, see I need the Adsense money every month and this site is just an afterthought type of thing...so no sweat there... I do not want ANY prob with Adsense...
you insert your own ad code. for a small monthly fee you can remove the ad on the left. no system for that yet, it's really just in beta right now. I just use instantspot because I dont have time to make my own blog, I have so many other projects i work on and on top of that I do freelance web design, so having designing a layout, hosting, all that was just too much for me to do when I really don't need a blog

Ya... it looks like today could even be my blogs first XXX click day... It went mid XX yesterday and the traffic is already twice what it was yesterday (I'm ranked number 1 for some good news related keywords today, you can discover them on my blog but I will not post them here as digitalpoint could outrank me) Too bad the ads the last 2 days have only been paying 5 cents a click, up until the last 2 days the average was much higher, up to $2 a click.
