Google likes more timely updates also. You also might benefit from trying a few more niches. It takes a while to find one that is a perfect fit for you and makes a lot of money. Once you do though, you will thank yourself for your explorations.
Where are your entries coming from? I've read some of it, and it really sounds like you just cut and paste them from other places...
no offense or anything but your ad placement is absolutely horrible. i go to your site and i see 1 ad if any.. and the ads are at the bottom of your page where no one looks i see one on the homepage but it is one of those lousy horizontal text link bars/ads you need to put a 250x250 ad block towards the top and a skyscraper on the left or right side.
what JackBurton said. It's okay to copy and paste but it is so much better if you add your personal wit and knowledge to what you have copied. Assuming you have both of those things of course.
I work as an apprentice for a Doctor. This is the knowledge, I have gained from working with him. libertygone thanks for your input.
Your type of knowledge, and your style of clinical writing, doesn't fit into a "blog" site. You should cull all the information you've put there and make a traditional static website out of it, a medical database if you will. People don't read blogs for such cold hard facts; they want a little personality. Don't be offended, but your entries are really devoid of personality. Your style should be adapted to a clinical medical database type site instead.
Yes, heh, I hope I didn't give the impression it was "okay" to copy and paste other people's works, because it's obviously not.
