Selling 50 Money-Making Websites - Serious Buyers Only

I am in the process of building 50 websites that have quality domain names and am looking for someone that is looking to buy them all. Package will include web hosting account, giving buyer total control over the sites, free push of domain name to godaddy account on all domains. None of which expire prior to January 27, 2011.

Adsense
Clickbank
Amazon
Text Link Sales
CPA Offers

All sites will be wordpress. Some will be autoblogs and some will be micro-niche sites, with unique content, built specifically for adsense/amazon/clickbank.

There will be 1 PR1 site, 2 PR3, sites and one PR4 site included in the deal. This is key because income can also be generated on these sites by text link and blog post sales.

Cost of package is $1,000.00. 50 money-making websites for $20.00 each on average. The only work you will need to do is to plug in your own adsense, amazon, clickbank affiliate ID, or CPA offers into the sites and build links.

My requirements:

Down Payment of $500.00. Upon down payment, all 50 domains will be pushed to your godaddy account and you will be given access to the hosting account as well. I will complete 5 sites per day for a 10 day period. Buyer will be able to go into each site, after completion, and enter own affiliate IDs and also change WP-Admin Passwords to ensure security.

After completion of the 50th and final site, final payment of $500.00 will be made, and buyer will change hosting account password to further ensure security of purchased sites.
