Thank you all for the futher submissions.
I just spoke with the business owner. He has been following the thread and is really pleased seeing his new business name coming to life thanks to all of you.
He wants to make a short extension to the contest to 9am GMT July 14th. He then will study the submissions and announce a winner shortly afterwards.
He wants just the extra bit of time to see more of the stacked portrait style layouts with logo on top, new business name on lines 1 & 2 underneath and then the tagline in the bottom line.
Here is the tagline again for your reference:

We realise that with 3 lines of text in this portrait design that it could look too texty and so may need some additional visual elements to break the design up like coloured background around a word or graphic elements each side of a word.
