Hello Everyone. Thank you for your patience in waiting for the result. It was a tough decision for the business owner as there were so many high quality entries. I am pleased to say that @sottystart is the winner. Congratulations to them. They have agreed to make some variations and once that is complete tomorrow I will ask them to post here and confirm payment received. Hmm Not good. Obviously I will have to contact the buiness owner and let them know about this. @Smyrl thank you for the information. Obviously I would guess and perhaps expect that small 3rd party graphic elements will be used in designs from time to time and perhaps used as inspiration or be modified. The issue here seems to be a more substantial copy of an existing design. I was just preparing the a small mod list to send off to the designer as well!
