My friend needs a logo for his realtor / property management sign. The sign will be approximately 20'' x 30" or 24" x 36" in size, so would prefer a vector file. The colors he would maybe prefer are dark green, white and gold for colors. He's not sure about a logo idea, but maybe a modern/classy outline of a large house would work, but not the focus. The sign / logo should read: Monahan Management and Realty with "For Sale" featured on the sign and his contact info: First Last Name (317) 555-5555 This auction will last for 5 days maximum and may the best entry win!

Sorry for the delay, my friend was out of town all weekend and is going to call me tomorrow. Here will be my suggestions to him: DCS Studio: Very nice design. Not completely sold on the sparkles on the FOR SALE. I really like the logo, maybe a small triangle in the middle of the pyriamid to make it look more like an "A" would help. some1nu: I like this design as well. The 1st and 4th look the best to me, so maybe a combo of those two would help. xxxplatinum: Nice modern design, but not sure how well it will translate on a sign. Will ask the friend what he thinks. CR70: not working for me, but thanks for the entry. debitcredit: Also not sure how this would work for a sign. tks. nofsis: the background won't work for a sign, can't read the text. tks too. m3lissh: This looks more like a business card than a sign, but nice effort. watari: My friend, you always out do yourself. Seeing it as a sign helps big time. Wow. You are in the top! +sugarcane+: I like the logo, but not sure it will be great for the sign. Very nice design work though. rawasi: unique design, but the Monahan font could be different.
