just asking you if all of these logo are your design,
if not then you should sue them for using "your design"

    and one more,
should i complaining zeniusvanisher for using the red circle and aperture inside it cos it is the same like mine?
NO, i will not do that
because the red circle is common use for connecting something with Japan.

lol, you are pardoned. Sorry for jumping to conclusions, I was just a bit worked up from someone stealing something from me just minutes before.

I do prefer your first design tho.

Thus far I am leaning towards zeniusivanisher's combinations...any last minute takers wanna jump in? I'll give it another 12-24 hours.

Not to dig up old posts, but I just came across this forum and this post. I am the photographer whose photograph you took, without permission, and used for this little project. You are offended that someone suggested you plagiarized my work? And just how do you expect me to feel? Am I not supposed to be offended or mad that you took my photograph, without asking me or even notifying me, and used it for the base of an image you submitted in a competition for which there was a cash prize? This, my friend, is called a derivative work. It is not an original work. If you had won I would have expected you to split your prize at least 50/50 with me. I would have been well within my rights to drag you off to court as well. -- Why am I posting this? Just to let you know that photographers have rights too. When we take a photograph and it is published somewhere on the internet, it does not mean that anyone can download it and use it for whatever purpose they want. This particular image was submitted to GiftTrap and only that company was granted an exclusive Creative Commons license. They have since reworded their Creative Commons license agreement to cross a broader spectrum, but I made sure they altered at least the pages containing my images to include the following notice. -- This image may have been supplied by granting a Creative Commons Attribution license to GiftTRAP Enterprises. If you would like to use the image you need to contact the photographer directly for information on rights and costs.
