G'day mate, here's my attempt, incorporating the Third Coast into the actual mark: For the other designer's entering, make sure the logo can appear both with gradients (for the web) and in flat colors (no gradients), as it is an unnecessary printing cost for the client to be used on paper. If the client is going to be using the logo to brand things such as pens, it won't work unless it's in black and white: Hope you like it - Adrian

[x[x]x] - I personally like the design, but I know that they will bring up the fact that they do not do residential development (houses), but rather commercial buildings. I would say that you would have a much better shot if you replaced the house with multiple commercial buildings.
