Contest $50 Logo Design Contest - *72hr*

    First of all, sorry for my bad English.

    I started my own business some time ago and now I need a logo. So this is a contest for logo design and I'm offering 50$ payment through PayPal. Contest is opened for 72 hour and I will regularly write feedbacks.

    The name of the company is PlanNep and it means »Plan«iranje »Nep«remičnin, in english something like »planning buildings«. My business consists of real estate, planning, civil engineering, architecture and building plans, building control, etc. My slogan is »nepremičnine in inženiring«, which in English means something like »real estate and engineering«.

    I'm open to creativity, I want a clean and simple, but professional logo. My favorite colors are blue (dark) and gray (bright). I want a logo to consist of an unique element, which has to be in association with my business and text PlanNep (Plan in one color and Nep in other). Sometimes I'll publish only element, sometimes only text, depending on the context. Since my work includes plan drawing (blueprints-technical (CAD) drawing) and some of them are in monochrome, logo must also be in black and white version. I'm sure you know what I mean :).

    Place for slogan isn't required, but if you have any ideas, please present it to me. After a few logos and my feedback, I think you will found out what I prefer.

    Logo needs to be in standard formats, I think you know that better than me, after all, you are pros.

    My draft page is http://www.plannep.si, made by myself. In future, the site will be changed into more professional design, but it's better than nothing for a start. The logo will be placed in left side of the header.

    @scorpionagency:
    Yes, that’s a concept of logo I have in mind, but it’s too complicated. At the first sight it is not completely clear what my business is, I think. And font is too “regular”. I saw some of your work and you are s great designer. Please stay in the contest with another work.

    @biruhato:
    1st : I really like the idea, but you need to change your element. I would like the element to have association with a house, not a multi-apartment building. However element is clean, straight lines, but looks very cool. I like the font, I like the colours, very good work, but needs changes.
    2nd: Sorry, font looks like FedEx :). Element is cool, but could this be in vector? If it could, I would be very happy if you do both versions, one strictly clean like on your 1st entry and the other like “sketch”.

    Tnx for current work. I look forward to see new logos.

    @biruhato:
    1st, I like the house, but please try with more of them. Like you did in previous logo with multi-apartment buildings.
    2nd, very good, but the house as an element can't stand alone, if you know what I mean.

    @gsel:
    Font is too bold (too "regular") and element is not quite what I have in mind.

    @stellah57:
    I like it, but it's not what I wanted. Font is interesting, but the concept of a whole logo is not right.

    @masjacky:
    Nice work, but it doesn't look simple and clean (both, font and element). I like the idea of element, but it's to complicated.

    I'm looking forward to see more logos. :)

    I may have gotten a little too abstract on my first idea. It's a city in the center surrounded by residential windows. I wasn't sure if you did residential / commercial / or both.

    Here's another concept Idea

    @dakouten
    Concept is right, clean and simple, but that "circle" inside the element doesn't look cool. Font is nice, maybe gray will look nicer for me.

    @scorpionagency
    I do both, residential and commercial, but most of my business consists of working for "little" people, not companies. ;)
    I like this logo more than previous. Logo is maybe not so clean and consists of to much things, but it looks cool.

    @track
    No problem. I'll wait for all who wanna participate. :)

    @yugo
    It's nice. I kinda like it, but it's not exactly what I have in mind.

    @biruhato
    1st looks nice, but I think 2nd is much better. Maybe I would suggest a little change, but for now it is ok. I'll wait until the end of contest and when taking decision maybe make some little changes (nothing dramatical ;) ).

    @kingzpalace
    It look's very stylish, but it's to "web-logo", if you know what I mean. I do a lot of work in 2D and monochrome, and there isn't place for logo like that. But in generally, it looks very nice.

    @devaroux
    I see you got my point. I like it simple and clean - at least elements as possible. At this moment I'm not 100% sure if I like it or not. Maybe I don't like that smoke from chimney. :)

    For all contestants:
    As you've probably noticed, I like the style of "biruhato" (I like style almost from all of you, but exactly for my type of logo). All of you that still want to participate - try as simple as possible ("less is better"), but on the other hand, cool and professional.
