Contest $50 Logo Contest

Hi All,
I need a logo done for the site I am building. If possible, I'd love a small custom toon associated. Maybe a glass of juice or something, use your imagination. Here are the details:

URL of site: www.juicyviral.com (I don't care what colors are used as long as they look good with the site.

Size: 330 pixels in width x 90 pixels in height.

Format: Transparent background .png file. I also want the .psd file.

Location: Logo will be going where the white text "JuicyViral.com" currently resides in upper-left corner.

Text to Include: "JuicyViral" as main text. "Viral content around the web to share with friends!" as smaller, secondary text.

I think that's about it. Good luck, contest will end when I see a design I like. I've had good results with these in the past and I'm usually pretty quick to choose and I pay right away. $50 via Paypal is what I am transferring to the winner. Just so everyone is on the same page, Paypal charges a fee for transfers. It's a small fee and I'm not sure exactly what it will be but this fee is not going to be my responsibility.

I thought I saw some entries from you the first time I was able to view this thread but they have disappeared since. They were pretty much exactly on track with what I had visioned. Any way you can re-submit them?

ismawie, not what I'm looking for, thanks for the entry. I'm trying to be constructive with this feedback so I'm not trying to offend you, but I want to give honest feedback. Your logo is not really professional looking, no color, no life at all. It looks like you took a couple different fonts and just typed out the word "JuicyViral.com", something I could've easily done myself. It really looks like you didn't even try and that probably took about 2 minutes.

Heres what i was working on for your site,the semi simple toon character is illustrating a viral splash.design has been created on transparent background so it can be placed on any color or themed background,for the layout i used a color similar to what you have for your site header,looking forward to hearing back

Hi MJMdesigns, I love the little juice guy, this is the direction I'm looking for. One big problem I have is the font. I'd like a simple block font. I like the two words being different colors. Also, leaving the subtext slogan all white is good, "Viral" doesn't need to be in a different color. And if you could add a dark background to the subtext, like a dark gradient rectangle so the text shows up a little better and make the subtext slogan text slightly bigger. Can't wait to see the revision!

Hi MJMdesigns,
It looks awesome! Just for comparison, can I ask one final revision. Can I see the juice guy without the new eyebrows (they make him look a little angry and I like how he looked happy before) and can I see the revised version without the gray rectangle I asked for earlier. I just want to see if it looks better with or without the rectangle and eyebrow. Also, you can either PM it to me or e-mail it to me, no need to post to the thread anymore. Thanks!
