$50 Logo Contest

Hi!

WE NEED A LOGO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE HAVE NOW RAISED THE PRICE TO $70

First off, a small introduction:
We are a company in Sweden that will be hosting ALOT of competitions here the coming time. We represent different clients here in Sweden and we will try to pay more than the other contests!

Here is what we need:
A logo for a company called "Pro vs Joe". The logo should contain the text of the company, and perhaps the vs could be inside some kind of symbol, so the logo isnt just plain text.

The company lets regular people (Joe) compete in different things against Professionals (Pro)
It is not only sports, so we don't want any sports symbols in the logo.

Perhaps the "vs" could be placed within some kind of symbol to show that it is the Pros AGAINST the Joes?
The text Pro and Joe should be in different colors, and the "Joe" should be in green. Pro needs to be in a darker color, perhaps black?
The logo needs to be modern looking

The logo needs to be either VERY LARGE or scalable vector


Get creative!
Best suggestion will also get notified first via email when next competition starts, so in other words you will get to make another logo for $50-$100.
I will of course give feedback on ALL the entries!

It's a vector, so it's resizable without quality losses (can be extremely large, or extremely small).

I can change anything you want.

 

Wicked Webmaster: Your logos are a bit too...simple. And also the only symbol I want is one in the middle, between Pro and Joe. The text should also be "Pro vs Joe" in exact that order and everything.

wass28, I like idea with the shield in the middle, could you perhaps further develop that one? Make the shield solid (now it looks like the middle part of the shield is "missing". And also perhaps make the shield a bit shiny, some kind of light gradient on it.
Also the font on Pro and Joe should be the same

Zerogenesis: Your logo is also a bit too simple. Yes, I am looking for a 1 color text, but try to make it less "bulky" and a bit more shiny etc. And also I'm not really sure about the symbol in the middle. It's a bit too simple but above all I'm not looking for a fist, looks too...agressive

Typingmums: I like the idea with a star in the middle, but the logo is still too simple (read carlita's feedback)

Wass28: I want both Pro and Joe to be in the same font, and the shield in the middle. Now you hadded outer glow, I meant a inner glow, like some kind of gradient.

Wicket Webmaster: I'm not sure about the skull idea, and the logo, text and everything is a bit too unmodern...Thanls for entering though!
