another contest gone in the wind..

 

Well they said it would last for 7 days, There are still a few days left. So hopefully the contest holder will be back and pick a winner.

 

The contest is still on just back from the weekend.

I have determined the finalists and would like them to make some adjustments before I pick the winners.

I will post them in a few minutes.

 

First feedback as promised.

pat3ck - nice second try. I like the guitar hero-ish look. Cool idea.

msi52 - It's got some cool elements but the logo is a bit inconsistent with the font.

a4hire - not bad...not into the t-shirt on the tee though.

Pixel Dynamics - Thanks for the modifications. I do like what you've got and I really can't put my finger on it but it's not what we're after. (a bit too busy maybe?)

tsoft - I really like the pick - very cool. While I will not be using it as a logo PM me about it as I would like to purchase it outside this contest for use as an actual guitar pick.

anidesign - that's more in line with our business and I do appreciate the second go at it but still not quite what we're looking for.

Paulsean - Thanks for the entry and the idea is good but needs some polishing.

 

untitledstudios - I like the idea a lot but as a logo I don't think it will work. PM me though as I might like to purchase it for use as a sticker. ( design #2)

yugo - Thanks for your entry. I really can't tell what you are going for with the design part of the logo though.

Now for the finalists in no particular order of preference.

tsoft - your second entry (again I'd like to buy the pick possibly and also your first entry for use as a sticker outside the contest).
Creations4You - Your revision.

I have small modifications that I would like made so if the finalists will let me know if they are willing to make modifications we can finish this contest up.

Ok I got a last minute PM that I didn't read / notice until after finalists were anounced and it is too good to pass up.

Sooo... I am including him in the finalists.

I will allow him to post his design and will be deciding soon.

This is hard and I will need to review with my associates before making a final decision.

I am still waiting on watari to make his adjustments as well.
