    I agree. Worst case scenario is .. it's not just the abandoned contest that we are worried of... CH might fishing some concept/idea that we "DESIGNERS" created and eventually steel it... I strongly agree to ( CONTEST DEPOSIT "Non-Refundable if contest is abandoned" ).. It's a fair rule for CH and Designers... If CH is serious about having a logo done by quality designers, then CH won't worry about a small amount of cashing cashing.... It's just a lil' liter of gasoline to make machine working!
